Technical Support & FAQs
Tech Support Hours
If you run into technical issues with Walmiki or WalSH:
Monday to Friday : 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday : 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sundays & Holidays : Closed
Important: Plan your test-taking and practice sessions accordingly. Don't rely on last-minute support over the weekend!
- Tests are single-attempt only. If your connection drops, the test cannot be resumed. Plan ahead – take tests when you have stable internet and avoid last-minute attempts.
- Once a student is removed due to irregularity or lack of effort, they cannot rejoin.
- Tests are open for 8 days. Plan around your schedule. There will be no extensions for any reason – the next test will already be coming up.
- If quiz attempts are regular and mini test scores are stable or improving, your child is on track. Low scores aren't the issue – lack of effort is. If your child is attempting all quizzes and tests and scores are stable or improving from their baseline, they stay in the program.
Can we do the study plan on our own schedule instead of following the sprints?
The sprints are designed to align with mini test portions. You can adjust slightly, but straying too far will make the mini tests harder to manage.
What happens after Sprint 10 and the last online class?
We'll conduct full-length tests after school final exams are over. These will cover all remaining topics (Sprint 9, 10, and the Jan 31 class).
Plan ahead. Stay consistent. Ask for help during support hours. Don't wait till the last minute!
