Your Daily Study Plan – The 4-Day Sprint System

How the Study Plan Works

We've created a structured study plan that breaks the preparation into 4-daysprints. Each sprint has its own topics to cover and the quizzes to complete. After every two sprints there is a mini test.

Study Period: December 20 to February 14 (the last Saturday before school final exams start)

Here are the sprints (weekdays)

Sprint 1 : Dec 22, 23, 24, 25 Sprint 6 : Jan 19, 20, 21, 22
Sprint 2 : Dec 26, 29, 30, 31 Sprint 7 : Jan 23, 26, 27, 28
Sprint 3 : Jan 1, 2, 5, 6 Sprint 8 : Jan 29, 30, Feb 2, 3
Sprint 4 : Jan 7, 8, 9, 12 Sprint 9 : Feb 4, 5, 6, 9
Sprint 5 : Jan 13, 14, 15, 16 Sprint 10 : Feb 10, 11, 12, 13

Weekends = Buffer Days

We've planned the sprints from Dec 20 to Feb 14 but have NOT included weekends, as you can see. Weekends are your buffer days. If you miss a study session during the week, use the weekend to catch up. This keeps you flexible without falling behind.

Daily Time Commitment

Expect about 1 hour of studying daily + the related quizzes on Walmiki.

This is over and above regular schoolwork, so students will need to set aside dedicated time on:

  • Weekdays (60 min daily)
  • Weekends (more time available for weaker topics, missed sessions)

A Note on Intelligence Worksheets

You'll notice some sprints have many intelligence worksheets to solve. Don't panic!

Concepts are balanced:

  • Questions with numbers need more time
  • Questions with letters, words and figures don't require as much time
Work through them steadily and you'll be fine.

How English & Marathi Are Covered

While the Saturday classes focus on Math and Intelligence, the study plan additionally includes English and Marathi as well. All teaching material for these subjects is on WalSH and practice quizzes are on Walmiki. Parents can support students with these subjects using the materials provided.

There are no extra classes for English as the topics to teach are covered in their regular Walnut curriculum. There is a lot of vocabulary to memorize. That is on the worksheets.

These are "view only" spreadsheets. You can use the filters in the header row and look for whatever it is that you are specifically looking for.

You can create a filter by clicking the filter icon (next to the funnel symbol) and selecting "Create a filter" or "Create a new filter view". This creates a temporary filter that only you see and use; it disappears when you close the sheet or navigate away. Applying filters (like sorting or hiding rows) doesn't alter the underlying data or affect other collaborators' views, who still see the full dataset. For example, if you want to view only the details of Sprint 1, you can create a filter view and select Sprint 1 from the Study Sprint column. This allows you to filter and review the data according to your needs.

4-day sprints. 1 hour daily. Weekends as backup. Stick to the plan and the preparation takes care of itself.
