Early pick up

• Early pick-up requests must be submitted through the WalSH app only. HERE is how to do it.
• Emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages or verbal requests will not be accepted. The request must be entered in the system.
• Requests must be submitted by noon on the previous school day. (e.g. a Monday early pick-up has to be requested on the earlier Friday by noon)
• If the request is submitted after this deadline, early pick-up will not be permitted on that day. The student will leave at the regular dispersal time.

The student must also be aware of the early pick-up and should come to the office at the specified time. The office verifies the request in WalSH before releasing the student.

Parents are requested not to call the office or come to the gate requesting an early release, as such requests cannot be processed.

Early pick-ups are also not permitted close to dispersal time, as the school dismissal process is already underway.

Early Pick-Up Cut-Off Times

Early pick-ups will not be permitted after the cut-off time. Requests that do not follow the above process and timelines will not be processed by the school.
