Textbooks 1 to 10 for 26-27

Here is the standard-wise list of textbooks that Walnut students refer to in an academic year and exam – related information.

The entire textbook is available in the PDF format. You can also download the entire textbook or individual chapters by using the Download option on the top right corner, once the textbook is visible on the screen.

If you purchase hard copies of the textbooks, please keep these at home. We have a separate set of books in the school for the kids to refer to. Do not send your set of textbooks to school.

You are encouraged to refer to the online PDFs since these are the latest versions, and hard copies either might not be in stock or may not be updated versions as per CBSE's latest rationalized syllabus. If you are buying physical textbooks, do check that they match the online ones. Some old ones are still in circulation in bookstores.

Walnut Special

For some subjects in some standards we do not have a separate NCERT textbook assigned. This is because we have gone quite ahead of the NCERT recommended curriculum. The study material for these is specially made and it is sent to you on the worksheets and presentations itself. You can also refer to it in the digital versions of the material on WalSH.

Social Studies

This is one subject but has four sub parts : History, Geography, Political Science and Economics.

Advanced Curriculum

You will see that Walnut students study an advanced curriculum. For many subjects across many classes, they are studying the next standard's textbooks.
