KG : Bridge course for new students

The booklets are currently being compiled and will be ready from the date of the orientation session (11th April 2026).
You may collect them :

Immediately after attending the session
Or from the school office any day after the orientation session during office hours (Mon to Sat)

If your child already knows some of the concepts, that's wonderful. You can simply move through those parts faster and focus on the areas that are new.
The goal is not to cover everything that our students have already done.
We know that is not possible. The idea is simply to help your child understand the patterns and approach used in Walnut classrooms, so they can adjust faster academically as the year progresses.

Only one adult needs to attend. It should ideally be the parent (or adult caregiver) who will be spending the daily 10 minutes of reading practice with the child.
This session is entirely for adults, so children should not be brought to the session.
Young children naturally get bored during an hour-long explanation meant for adults. For that reason, children will not be allowed inside the session room.
If you do need to bring your child along, please ensure that another adult accompanies you to look after the child outside the session, as they will not be able to attend the session itself.
